Find the item(s) that you’re looking for!

During the organizing and developing stages of our new website, our major concerns were to make the website more ergonomic and the information easier to find. That’s why we put more emphasis on extensive researching, numerous advanced search links, direct access for quotation requests, availability of useful telephone numbers; no matter where you are, you will notice this when you navigate through our site. At the top part, you’ll be able to launch a search by using a model number, a trade name or simply just by inserting a few key words.

In the bottom part, you can also launch a search just by using the model number; as soon as you begin typing in, our system will began making suggestions to you…especially if you don’t know the complete model number. ‘Select a Brand’ will enable you to launch a search amongst various brands that we will suggest to you. For a greater choice, type in ‘All Brands’…same principle for ‘Select a Category’; of course, you can combine all 3 categories (Model Number, Select a Brand and Select a Category).

After launching your research, you’ll receive a page of results having a maximum of 20 items per page. If there are more than 20 items, you can navigate between these pages by using the Next/Previous buttons. Once you’ve located the item that you’re looking for, you can open the record by clicking on the arrow pointing downwards.

2- Lets you sort out your search results by brand name in alphabetical order,

4- Lets you sort out your search results by model number in alphabetical order,

Lets you sort out your search results according to the quantity in inventory,

By clicking on the arrow, you’ll be able to obtain information on a certain item, it’s photo, view other items in it’s category and, if you click on ‘More Specifications you’ll get all the information that we have on file for that item,

Indicates a photo is available, it also serves to open the record,

Indicates that the item is available for sale,

Serves to begin (down) the recording /shut down the recording(up),

Indicates that there is no photo available,
9 -
Indicates that the item is out of stock, the basket icon will not let you add that item in your basket,

The basket icon allows you to add an item in your basket,

Each time you add an item in your basket, you have the possibility to modify your quantities by clicking on your ‘Update Cart’ button,

If you are already an AssetRelay customer and you have opened an account with us, i.e. you have been supplied with an account (Login and Pass Word), click on the ‘Checkout’ button,

If you do not have an account with AssetRelay, then click on the ‘Get a Quote’ button and this will bring up to the next step.

After clicking on ‘Checkout’, you then enter your Login and Password,

For the time being, the issuing of account numbers through our web site is non-functional.

We now have 2 ways for you to request a formal quote. Either through your cart or directly on an item;

a- Through your cart

b. On the bottom of the item screen, fill in the mandatory fields in the
and click ‘ Send Now ‘.

Your request is sent directly to our sales staff. They will send you a formal Sales Quote via E-mail within 24 hours of your request. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

You have your Quote and now you want to order?

Now that your profile is set up in our system, simply send us a Purchase Order detailing the following information:

  Sales Quote #
  Items you want to purchase
  Quantity
  Billing Address
  Ship To Address
  Courier Account Number
  Preferred Courier Service (Express, Priority, Ground etc)
  Insurance on Shipping

You can also fill out the Credit Card Form (North-America customers only) provided with the quote and fax it to 819-770-7772 or e-mail it to us at sales@assetrelay.com. If you didn’t receive a copy with your original quote you can download a copy here.

All purchases are prepaid (unless otherwise noted on the quote). Remember, the sooner we receive payment, the sooner we can ship. We accept the following payment methods:

  Credit Card (US and Canada Only – add 2.75% surcharge, Visa and MasterCard only)
  Wire Transfer (International – add $20USD on the purchase total)
  Pay pal (International – add 2.95% surcharge)

Please advise your accounting department of our prepayment procedure. This will help reduce our shipping delay.

Before we send it, we test it !

All equipment is fully tested in our in house lab prior to shipping to ensure that the equipment meets the Manufacturer’s General Specifications. A calibration certificate is provided with each instrument on your order. To learn more, click here.

If our lab detects anything that can affect the performance of the instruments, you will be notified immediately by our sales department. If you are not satisfied with the current running order of the unit, you can cancel the order at anytime, free of charge.

Our technicians work hard to ensure that the unit functions properly before they ship it out to you so that it is ready to go as soon as you take it out of the box!

WE WILL NEVER SELL YOU A DEFECTIVE UNIT!!

If you do receive a defective unit, please contact us immediately. Make sure to keep all original packaging material in case you need to return the equipment.

Don’t worry, once quality testing is performed successfully and payment issue is cleared, we will ship you your order and send you the tracking number.
