We have a solution that will help you SAVE MONEY! Send us your defective equipment for evaulation. If you decide not to have it repaired, we will apply the cost of evaluation as a credit towards the purchase of the same model that is in stock. We might be able to buy your defective instrument for parts.

Shipping instructions for returning equipment under ROR or warranty: 

Contact your sale representative by phone or by email as soon as possible. You can also contact us here (AssetRelay).
We will then need the Invoice: Number, the Model Number and the Serial Number of the equipment;

Provide us with as much as technical data as possible describing your problem. If possible, we will try to fix the problem without having you to ship it back;

If the problem cannot be resolved this way, we will provide you with an RMA Number to return your equipment;

For all your shipment we recommend you to use FedEx Express as Courier Company. Shipping with any other company or by FedEx Ground will bring extra cost such as Custom Broker Fees (from $ 125.00 USD), Administration Fees, Duties and Taxes;

Any brokerage and/or administration fees associated with the equipment being sent in for repairs or servicing will remain the responsibility of the customer and will be charged back to the customer. Such fees can be avoided when shipping with FedEx Express.

For Warranty repair ONLY: We will cover the cost of sending back the equipment to you after repairs.

Shipping instructions:

Prepare your FedEx Express Waybill. Please notify: AssetRelay’s reserves the right to refuse any inbound shipment that arrives via another company than FedEx Express AND/OR if the equipment wasn’t packaged properly;
- On the waybill in section < Bill transportation charges to> check box Sender;
- On the waybill in section << Bill customs charges to >> check box Sender;
- Contact our shipping department for further assistance in the preparation of the FedEx Express Waybill if needed;
- Prepare a commercial invoice and make sure the below information is to be found:

 
  Our RMA Number,
  Reason of importation to Canada: equipment being sent to Canada for repair under warranty. It will return back to USA (or the concerned country) after
    being serviced,
  Brand or Manufacturer name of the equipment,
  Description of the equipment,
  Model Number of the equipment,
  Serial Number of the equipment,
  Country of origin of the equipment,
  HS Classification Number. Most of the time this number is 9030.40,
  Value of the equipment for Customs purpose.
 

Sign and date your Waybill and your three copies of your Commercial Invoice,
Put the Waybill and 2 Commercial Invoices in the packing slip and 1 copy in the box,
Ship to the following address.
