Unlike our competitors, when we post any of these instruments on our website, we really carry them in our warehouse or will clearly state that we are out of stock.

Unless otherwise specified, all sales come with a seven (7) day ROR and a thirty (30) day warranty.

Some customers tell us that other vendors offer longer warranties. At first glance, this seems pretty good, but most of them transfer the burden of testing on you, the customer. Their test procedure is nothing more than a power-on test followed by a one hundred-day (100) day warranty. On close examination, our warranty stands out better, because every unit that is sold, is fully tested and calibrated (in most case) before being shipped out to you.

We can also provide an extended warranty for most instruments that we sell. Don’t forget to ask your sales representative about our Extended Warranty Option (EWO) and our Extended Calibration Service (ECS) programs!

At AssetRelay, we take customer satisfaction seriously because we understand that buying used telecom equipment can be stressful; especially when it comes to trusting someone who ships prepaid! We want you to feel comfortable and safe when you do business with us. We also want to establish a long term business relationship with our all customers irregardless of the size or amount of the order.

We normally ship your order within ten (10) business days. However, if your situation is urgent, please let us know when you need it and we will see what we can do. In some cases, we can ship as fast as the next day as long as payment terms are met. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will let you know. We will be honest with you right from the beginning! We would rather see you happy with what we can offer rather than loose you as a customer.
