With the ever growing multiculturalism of the team, we noticed that the employees who were originally from overseas weren’t familiar with our National sport…HOCKEY!

We saw this as the perfect opportunity to organize a hockey game in our parking lot. Teams were drawn up and some members took great pleasure in personalizing their team uniforms…

In recognition for a recently successful sale involving team work from all departments, a little barbecue was organized by the social committee. It was unusual to see a lab technician taking charge of the grill (and try to calibrate it?!) and managers playing with an Aki ball, a popular game at lunch time here, at the office. It consists of keep a little leather bag in the air using only your feet.

Democracy prevails as one of the company managers coined the phrase: “isn’t it great to take part in the annual head shaving fund raiser organized by LEUCAN?”

LEUCAN is a provincial non profit organization that raises funds for the fight against Leukemia. The participants in the fund raiser must shave their heads so they can understand what it feels like to have lost all of their hair due to Chemotherapy.

All employees were motivated and ready to do it right from the start…. (?!) Our heads were shaved down to the skin. Everyone was proud to have raised a total of more than $ 4,000.00 to help fight the disease.

As a matter of fact, some of our employees went far enough as to shave more than their head! Of course they would prefer to remain nameless but we salute them for their efforts! And no, we do not have any pictures available…
