We offer a seven (7) day Right of Return (ROR) and a thirty (30 day warranty on all equipment we sell unless otherwise noted or discussed in writing prior to the purchase.
This means that you (as a customer) have seven (7) days from the date that the equipment is received at your facility (for us, this is the “ship to address” on the invoice) to let us know if you want to return a unit for any reason, free of charge (you must cover shipping fees).
Once the seven (7) days are passed, the sale is considered final and the equipment is under warranty only.
If you’re experiencing problems with the equipment you purchased within this thirty (30) day period, let us know. We will promptly inform the lab of the problems you are experiencing and then, we will do our outmost to resolve this problem via e-mail or telephone to minimize the productivity loss at your end.
If these efforts are unsuccessful, we will send you an RMA (Return Authorization Number). For proper internal tracking purposes, our logistics department will assist you in preparing the documentation required to return the equipment. In most cases, the customer must cover the shipping expenses.
We will repair, replace or fully refund the unit at our discretion. AssetRelay will cover the shipping costs to return the unit under these conditions unless the cause is determined to be due to the improper use of the unit.
Please note that AssetRelay’s liability to customers through the sale of any product will not exceed the price paid by the customer for the said product. AssetRelay cannot be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute products, lost profits or any damages to other instruments that may have occurred during usage of the equipment. |
