To buy or to repair?
We have a solution that will help you SAVE MONEY! Send us your defective equipment for evaulation. If you decide not to have it repaired, we will apply the cost of evaluation as a credit towards the purchase of the same model that is in stock. We might be able to buy your defective instrument for parts.

Terms: 

All orders are prepaid. Payment must be received in full prior to being shipped out unless otherwise noted on the Sales Quote.

Our preferred method of payment is via wire transfer. Please do not forget to add $ 20.00 USD for wire transfer fees on your Purchase Order if you plan to use this type of payment. Instructions are always included with our quotes and invoices.

We accept Credit Card payment from our North-American customers only. You must contact us for approval prior to filling out and sending us a Credit Card Form which can be downloaded here. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM IN FULL!

We also accept payments via PayPal but will then add a 2.95% surcharge to the amount. That amount represents the fee we are charged.

 
Conditions:  

We offer a seven (7) day Right of Return (ROR) and a thirty (30 day warranty on all equipment we sell unless otherwise noted or discussed in writing prior to the purchase.

This means that you (as a customer) have seven (7) days from the date that the equipment is received at your facility (for us, this is the “ship to address” on the invoice) to let us know if you want to return a unit for any reason, free of charge (you must cover shipping fees).

Once the seven (7) days are passed, the sale is considered final and the equipment is under warranty only.

If you’re experiencing problems with the equipment you purchased within this thirty (30) day period, let us know. We will promptly inform the lab of the problems you are experiencing and then, we will do our outmost to resolve this problem via e-mail or telephone to minimize the productivity loss at your end.

If these efforts are unsuccessful, we will send you an RMA (Return Authorization Number). For proper internal tracking purposes, our logistics department will assist you in preparing the documentation required to return the equipment. In most cases, the customer must cover the shipping expenses.

We will repair, replace or fully refund the unit at our discretion. AssetRelay will cover the shipping costs to return the unit under these conditions unless the cause is determined to be due to the improper use of the unit.

Please note that AssetRelay’s liability to customers through the sale of any product will not exceed the price paid by the customer for the said product. AssetRelay cannot be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute products, lost profits or any damages to other instruments that may have occurred during usage of the equipment.

 
Shipping fees:  

AssetRelay only ships on our Customers’ Courier Account. Customers must cover all shipping costs, duty fees as well as any other costs pertaining to the sell or return of equipment to for ANY reason.

It is our customers’ responsibility to advise us if they want to insure the equipment while in transit. If customers specify insurance; AssetRelay will put the full value of the purchase on the courier insurance. Should the customer not want in transit insurance, then customer takes full responsibility for transport damages and claims if any. All transport charges including returns for repair if ever needed are at the customers’ expense. AssetRelay is not responsible for any damage that could occur during transport.

Please note that ALL items are subject to prior sale without notice.

All sales are on a first come, first served basis. AssetRelay reserves the right to change prices for any reason whatsoever unless the price is warranted by a Formal Sales Quote which is valid for ten (10) business days. A quote reserves the price of an item but not the availability.

The only way to reserve equipment is to send us a Purchase Order. We will then send the equipment to our lab for pre-shipment testing. Items will then be removed from our online posting and reserved for you until payment is received. AssetRelay reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion. Such cancellation normally occurs if a payment is not received within the negotiated payment period following the receipt of the PO.
