In order to ensure that every product sold by AssetRelay is fully functional, it became clearly evident and imperative that we equip ourselves up with state of the art testing facilities and capable staff . From 1 lab technician, AssetRelay’s service team now consists of 7 technicians and 3 administrators. Selling products on the web is not very difficult. There are a large number of resellers posting out there; very few of them with real inventory and even less with an in depth knowledge of what they sell. The tough part is to ensure that a complex product such as a Telecom Bit Error Rate tester works and that the company selling it has what is needed to stand behind it’s product. Our lab is there for that!
